In the next movie, Prince Otto of Nome discovers a hidden tunnel under Oz that leads to the Emerald City. Accidentally, Boris, the son of the Cowardly Lion, releases the magic belt, and Otto steals it. The kids try to hide the truth from their parents, but Otto uses the belt to transform them into ornaments, and Dot must figure out who is who.
