A group of desperate and jealous actors, Dem Reel and Patrick St. Patrick, plan to steal a work-print of a Hollywood director's latest film, David Egoman, during a screening at his home. However, their plan takes a dark turn when the director is brutally assaulted and falls into a coma. The missing film, containing the only copy of the director's latest and possibly last film, becomes a highly sought-after treasure, leading to an intense search for the actors' whereabouts.
