In a modern-day NYC setting, Jesus returns to Earth to bring about 2000 years of Godly peace. However, the response from young people is not what he expected. Jesus takes the advice of a market research expert and creates a Spandex costume, rebranding himself as "Ultrachrist", a crime-fighter for the city.
