In 1976 New York, Rico, a photographer, lives his own life in 1960s Paris through his camera lens, using film like bullets to capture reality. A loner and outsider, he's always searching for a fantasy to fulfill, but his romantic nature is his Achilles' heel, as he believes photographers are inherently dishonest.
