A wealthy businessman named Giorgio Mainardi dies suddenly from a mysterious stomach hemorrhage, prompting his daughter Rosy to return home for the funeral. As the family gathers, each member reveals a motive for wanting Giorgio dead, including his wife's suspected infidelity, his stepmother's resentment over limited expenses, his stepbrother's anger over a denied promotion, and his lover's humiliation. However, Giorgio's ghost appears to Rosy, asking her to uncover his killer. With the autopsy sample destroyed, Rosy's boyfriend Gianni helps her discover that glass was the cause of the hemorrhage, and she sets out to find the truth and bring peace to her father's spirit.
