In 1998, a team of astronauts, including Kern, Sherman, and robot John, embark on a mission to explore Venus, six months after a meteor collision and rocket explosion. After refueling at the Space Station Texas, they face landing issues on Venus. In response, a rescue team, led by Commander Brendan Lockhart, is launched to search for the stranded astronauts and explore the planet. The rescue team encounters a flying reptile, which they kill, unaware that it's considered the God Terah by the Venusian women. These women, connected to nature, use their powers to destroy the invaders. Meanwhile, John helps the stranded cosmonauts survive in the hostile environment.
