Happy and Alkali arrive at a ranch, only to find themselves in a feud with the rancher and his men. When Alkali is injured, Happy catches the outlaws, but the Judge turns the tables, accusing Happy of rustling and releasing the outlaws. Happy and the Sheriff then team up to uncover the truth and bring the real rustlers to justice.
