A legendary railroad in Mexico is under threat from a group of terrorists, seeking to profit from its sale. The project's co-owner, Manuel Vega, calls upon his great-grandson James, a descendant of the famous Zorro, to help save the day. Despite initial doubts about James's bravery, Zorro's spirit is rekindled, and he takes on the terrorists, armed with nothing but his wits and a horse, to defend the railroad against overwhelming odds.
