In a documentary-style prologue, a group of O.S.S. agents are trained for behind-the-scenes WWII work. However, one of the agents is secretly a German spy. As leaders Gibson and Sharkey become aware of this, they devise a plan to provide the spy with false information about the invasion of Europe, while the real agents head to France to locate a hidden V-2 rocket depot. But the German spy outwits them, rejoining his comrades with crucial intel.
