Zoe Davis, co-owner of Belle Weddings, returns to her hometown of Romance, Oregon, to help her mother with their family café after her father's injury. She runs into her former love, Will Mason, who's back in town after living in Seattle and is planning to open his own restaurant. Zoe decides to expand Belle Weddings by buying the Mason farm, converting it into a wedding venue, but Will objects, fearing it will harm the local food scene. As Zoe navigates her business dream, she faces resistance from the community and her old schoolmate, Amanda, who still holds a grudge against her for breaking Will's heart.
