Crusty sea captain Cappy Ricks returns home from a long voyage to find his family and business in disarray. His daughter is set to marry a man he despises, his future mother-in-law has taken over everything, and she plans to merge his business with a rival company. To make matters worse, she has automated his beloved ship, the "Electra". Determined to put an end to this chaos, Cappy concocts a plan to take back control.
