A lonely young witch named Honey Halfwitch longs for a friend. Her cousin Maggie forbids her from playing with mortal children, suggesting she occupy herself with drawing instead. However, the mischievous and vengeful paper witch proves to be more powerful than even Cousin Maggie, causing chaos and problems for Honey.
