A small-time crook, Champa Chaudhary, forges documents in Thailand and is arrested, sentenced to six months in jail. He meets an inmate, Raghuvir Sharma, serving a life sentence for stealing diamonds. Champ discovers Raghuvir is not deaf or dumb and offers him a deal to escape in exchange for a share. After Champ's release, he helps Raghuvir escape and they hide out, but Raghuvir is killed and Champ decides to part ways with his daughter, Jia. However, Jia knows where the diamonds are buried and they agree to work together to retrieve them.
