A cafe owner, Kato, receives a mysterious message from an unknown sender claiming to be himself. The message leads him to discover a TV screen in his cafe that is two minutes ahead of the actual time. As he shares this anomaly with his friends, they start to experiment with the TV, using it to their advantage to obtain money.
