Sean "THE KILLIN'" Dillon, a former MMA champion, has hit rock bottom after squandering his savings, losing his family, and losing himself. He's now a regular at his ex-wife Sherry's bar, but their relationship is strained. After starting a bar brawl, Sean is threatened with arrest by a local detective unless he turns his life around. A recruiter for the Blood Circus, a mysterious fight club, approaches Sean with an offer to fight and win big money. Sean agrees, but soon realizes that the club's only rule is kill or be killed.
