Five years after the original events, Smiley, a former member of the Candy crew, has created a new party drug called Candy. Soso, who had cheated death, resumes his life with fellow corrupt cops and reunites with his old friends to establish a growing distribution network. Meanwhile, Club owner Xavier and his entourage join forces with the Candy crew. As Soso learns about Candy, he becomes determined to find its source. However, a series of tragic events linked to the drug's use puts Soso and the Candy crew face-to-face once again.
