A place where discarded items come alive, Tattertown is a world where a young girl, her pet, and her toy doll, Muffet, find themselves. When Muffet comes to life, she seeks freedom and refuses to return to Debbie, who struggles to understand. Debbie learns about Tattertown and decides to teach the townspeople about Christmas, but Muffet's past with Debbie threatens to sabotage the celebration with the help of her minion, Spider.
