Jake De Long, a top computer programmer, works on a secret website in an abandoned Luxembourg warehouse, but is forced to flee when the police discover his location. He reunites with colleague Valérie in Canada, and together they plan to kidnap four influential individuals to expose their environmental wrongdoing through a live-streamed website called JUSTICE.NET.
