Eidolon Crossing was once a thriving community, fueled by the popular amusement park Dogwood Park. However, the discovery of murdered children on the park's property led to its closure and the town's decline into poverty. Over 35 years, 26 children disappeared, with the last being Jake Richardson's brother Francis in 1979. As an adult, Jake returns to the town, where he begins to experience supernatural occurrences, including glimpses of the murdered children's spirits. He is drawn to the abandoned Deadwood Park, where he sets out to uncover the truth behind the murders and find the killer.
