Five students, all young and attractive, find themselves stuck in an old sanatorium in Kentucky, where a deadly plague ravaged the area in the 1930s. Their night of fun and mischief quickly turns into a desperate bid for survival as they're tormented by malevolent spirits and confronted with a dark secret: they're all descended from the plague's victims and are reliving their ancestors' gruesome demises.
