In a dystopian future, a resistance force confronts the evil Kovarick, who is met with a time distorter ring invented by Dr. Bahler. The ring allows the wearer to travel through time, but its power is limited. Jill, an actress, becomes entangled in the ring's journey, repeatedly traveling through time with her friend Kirsten, as they evade a mafia group and various obstacles in ancient Egypt, the Middle Ages, and the Wild West. Along the way, they encounter a sheriff, Wild-Eyed Cody, and his men, who are trying to loot the town. The distorter's power is dwindling, and the resistance force must decide whether to use it to change the course of history or allow Jill and Kirsten to return to their own time.
