After his friend's death in a military experiment gone wrong, Hank Thomas is recruited by a group of agents to stop a stolen super-sonic fighter plane, the Falcon, from falling into the wrong hands. As they navigate a treacherous battle, Hank discovers that the agents are actually mercenaries working with the plane's former leader, Major Carson, to sell it to China.
