Jackie DiNorscio, a mobster, is shot by his cousin and survives. He's later arrested and sentenced to 30 years in prison for dealing drugs. Despite a plea deal offering his immediate release in exchange for testifying against the Lucchese family and other mafia families, Jackie refuses to betray his loved ones.
