The Three Stooges care for their friend Mary, who's bedridden, at a theater where they aim to earn money for her operation. They witness a hypnotist's act and become his unwitting subjects, hypnotized into climbing a flagpole. Awakening to find themselves stranded, they accidentally foil a robbery and earn the reward money needed for Mary's surgery.
