Conspiracy, power, and sex all converge at the Pennytree Golf Club, a once-thriving course now struggling to stay afloat. The club's owner, Josh Pennytree, and his granddaughter Liberty, a stunning young woman, are determined to save their business from rival Simon Roosevelt, who seeks to take over the property and turn it into a lucrative condo complex. Liberty gets creative and hires a new staff of attractive men and women to provide additional services, such as massages and hot uniforms, which prove to be a huge hit with customers. However, tensions arise when misunderstandings occur between Liberty and her boyfriend, Neil Walker, and Simon raises the stakes with a winner-take-all golf challenge.
