Gwar, a heavy metal band, is targeted for elimination by Edna Granbo, who assembles the Morality Squad to accomplish her goal. The squad's first mission is to steal Oderus Urungus's Cuddlefish of Cthulu, followed by the creation of Tiny, a super mutant to destroy Gwar.
