Divorced but friendly, T.H. "Randy" Randall is jailed for non-payment of alimony. His attorney suggests he marry off his ex-wife Valerie to alleviate financial strain. A weekend party is arranged to pair Valerie with Paul Hunter, but plans are disrupted by Freddie's arrival. Valerie is drawn to Freddie, much to Randy's dismay. Randy decides to win Valerie back and remarry her, realizing he still loves her.
