His future looks bleak, until he receives an offer from his professor, Doc Crosby, to house-sit while he's away on business. Unbeknownst to Andy, Doc is a mad scientist who has been murdering people and stealing their brains for experiments. With his own brain damaged from self-experimentation, Doc needs 13 human brains to complete his "brain pyramid". As Andy and his friends party at Doc's house, they become trapped in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
