A struggling businessman, Rahul, takes on the responsibility of caring for his deceased sister's rambunctious kids and hires a governess, Vaijayanti, who is running away from an arranged marriage. As they work together, Rahul and Vaijayanti develop feelings for each other, but their love is threatened by Maya, a wealthy woman who is determined to destroy Rahul's family and business.
