Two crews, one from Los Angeles and the notorious Gambler Crew from South Korea, are pitted against each other. The LA crew is hired by the U.S. Interpool to gather intel on Tony Kai, a former yakuza member who aims to monopolize the global underworld. As the rivalry intensifies, Ryan and Kevin find themselves in a precarious situation, with Ryan falling for Esther, the sister of the Gambler crew's leader, Kicker. The movie builds up to a thrilling showdown between the two crews in the Mach 1 competition, and later, an epic battle against Tony Kai and the Gambler crew.
