Prabhu, a student leader, is elected to invite the Governor's daughter, Shruthi, to their annual day function. They fall in love, but Shruthi's father forbids her from seeing Prabhu due to security concerns. Shruthi breaks her rules to escape with Prabhu to a dance festival, only to find her life threatened by a bomb. After being arrested and accused of planting the bomb, Prabhu discovers that the Governor is involved with a bomb expert and has evidence that could incriminate them.
