A writer, Kabir, escapes to Kashmir for inspiration after a failed relationship. He meets Meera, who runs a hotel with her bedridden husband, Jaidev. As Kabir gets to know Meera, he senses strange and eerie feelings in the house. Despite this, he becomes attracted to Meera and discovers she hasn't left the house in two years. A mysterious force intervenes, leading to an accident. Kabir seeks help from an exorcist, who reveals an evil spirit inhabits the house, belonging to Jaidev's first wife.
