A middle-class man in New Delhi, K.K. Khosla, dreams of his own death, only to find that no one cares. When he tries to build his dream house on a plot he purchased, he discovers it's been occupied by a property usurping nexus led by Kishan Khurana. After a series of events, including getting arrested and teaming up with a former partner of Khurana's, Khosla outsmarts Khurana and takes possession of his plot.
