Kapone, a gang member, is on the run after being accused of snitching on his own gang. He is chased by his fellow gang members, who are determined to kill him for betraying their trust. As Kapone tries to escape, he becomes embroiled in a series of violent and deadly confrontations, ultimately leading to the worst day for gang-related homicides in the history of East L.A.
