Kathir, a selfish youth, is struggling to find a job despite being married with a child. His wife Anitha is the family's breadwinner. Kathir takes a job as an informant with a corrupt police inspector, using it to exact revenge on a bar owner who humiliated him. However, things take a deadly turn when Kathir's mentor Prabhakar is murdered. As Kathir becomes paranoid, he uncovers the inspector's corruption and is targeted for silence. Eventually, Kathir finds a new job at his wife's factory, earning an honest living.
