The professor Bacterio's invention, the DDT, has been stolen by the dictator of Tirania. The Súper tasks a detective named Freddy Mazas with recovering the invention, but Freddy is bribed by the dictator. Meanwhile, Mortadelo and Filemón investigate the case on their own, hoping to succeed where the detective failed.
