A Nigerian man named George arrives at the Buffalo airport to meet his arranged bride, only to find she's left for Niagara Falls. He embarks on a reluctant journey to catch up, during which he meets Alicia, a lively Latin woman traveling with her boyfriend. Along the way, George's path crosses Alicia's multiple times, thanks to the meddling of a romantic Frenchman named Gerard. As Gerard advises, George must seize the opportunity to explore a connection with Alicia, even if it means going against tradition.
