In 1967, Argentina's Knacks, a pioneering beat garage band, recorded their debut album, but the Onganía dictatorship banned local artists from singing in English, leaving the album unreleased and the band to disband. Years later, bootlegged recordings of the band's music spread to Europe, earning them a cult following and sparking a mystery about the band's history. The now-aging Knacks members decide to reunite, driven by a desire for recognition, but face a vastly different music industry. Over the next eight years, they embark on a journey to reclaim their lost glory, filled with hopes and dreams.
