Juan, a Mexican immigrant in New York, takes a job as a doorman in an old building where the screenwriter of a popular TV series lives. When the screenwriter disappears with the last episode's script, Juan is tasked with finding it. As he searches the screenwriter's apartment, he uncovers dark secrets about the TV series and the building.
