Three iconic monsters, Frankenstein's monster, a vampire, and a werewolf, are summoned to the Court of Horrors to prove they can still be scary. If they fail, they'll be doomed to entertain at kids' parties forever. They're given 24 hours to terrify a family, but the children, Stella and Spike, are unexpectedly hard to scare. The monsters struggle, and when they finally confess their dilemma, the family helps them regain their frightening form. Just as it seems they'll succeed, three new modern monsters appear to disrupt their plan, and it's up to Stella and Spike to save the day.
