More Dead Than Alive

A former outlaw, freed from prison after nearly two decades, faces a daunting challenge reintegrating into a changed West, where his quest for redemption is threatened by long-overdue debts and lingering adversaries.

Cain, a former multiple murderer, seeks to leave his violent past behind and become a rancher after 18 years in prison. However, his efforts to start anew are thwarted by his notorious reputation and the desire for revenge from old enemies. Desperate for a job, Cain is forced to accept an offer from showman Ruffalo to perform as "Killer Cain" in his traveling shooting show. Despite his best efforts, Cain struggles to regain his marksmanship skills, and is even outperformed by Ruffalo's young assistant Billy.
