In the thrilling movie, Officer Donald Duck is tasked with capturing the notorious criminal Tiny Tom. Despite his name, Donald soon discovers that Tiny Tom is actually the imposing Pete, who quickly overpowers him. Using cunning, Donald manages to infiltrate Pete's lair disguised as a baby, which surprisingly gains Pete's affection. However, when Pete uncovers Donald's true identity, a high-speed chase ensues until Donald's fellow police officers intervene, ultimately leading to Pete's arrest.
