Pests of the West background

Pests of the West

A sly father-son coyote duo attempt to sneak into a hen-house guarded by Pluto, but their scheme is derailed when a chicken's yawn accidentally puts the young coyote to sleep, allowing his father to slip in undetected.

A mischievous father-son duo of coyotes, previously seen in Camp Dog, sneak into a hen-house guarded by Pluto. The pair's attempt to steal eggs is foiled when a chicken's yawn puts the younger coyote to sleep, allowing the father to enter. Pluto awakens and gives chase, leading to a cat-and-mouse game. The coyotes hide in the rafters of Pluto's house, and it takes some time for him to notice. In the end, Pluto outsmarts the father by substituting the younger coyote for a chicken, tricking him into leaving.
