Commando Cody, a scientist and skilled fighter, is sent to investigate the destruction of strategic targets on Earth, which he believes is caused by an "atomic ray" originating from the moon. He battles Earthly thugs and makes perilous trips to the moon to stop Krog, the moon man, from invading Earth.
