Despite being completed in April 1939, it was not released until July 27, 1940, after being salvaged from the trash by Arthur Ziehm. The film features Fred Scott as Fred Martin, a hero who saves Iris Lancaster's character Carmencita from the villainous Walters and his minions, dressed in an all-white outfit.
