Ted Riley, a government agent, is sent to investigate strange occurrences on Diamond Island, where a fake Major Gray is allegedly producing a new type of secret gas for personal gain. After blowing up his boat, Riley is rescued by Gray's men and finds himself on the island, where he discovers that Professor Baker and his daughter Anne are being held captive by Major Gray.
