In a city plagued by corruption, a mysterious killer begins targeting corrupt individuals, sparking a wave of fear and uncertainty. Meanwhile, Satya Balram Azaad, a politician, proposes the Lokpal bill in parliament, only to be rejected due to a lack of votes. Unbeknownst to the public, Satya's father, Dadasaheb, had sacrificed his life for the same cause, leaving Satya's mother, Suhasini, in a coma. As the killer's motives remain unclear, a tough cop, Jay Balram Azad, is appointed to bring the perpetrator to justice. But in a shocking twist, Jay discovers that the killer is none other than his twin brother, Satya, who leads a double life as a politician by day and a vigilante by night.
