In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Tank Girl and her companions are the last survivors of Earth, which is now controlled by the ruthless Water and Power corporation. After being imprisoned, Tank Girl and Jet Girl escape and steal a tank and a jet, teaming up with mutant kangaroo humans and rescuing Tank Girl's adopted daughter.
