In the desert, a mail plane carrying a payroll is forced to make an emergency landing after being hijacked by Kincade and Blake. However, the would-be thieves are thwarted by prospectors Ted and Si, who chase them away. With the pilot wounded, Ted takes the reins, anticipating another attempt to steal the money, this time with the Sheriff on the scene.
