Sylvester Tibble, a young man from the country, finds success as a dancer on Broadway alongside Junie Budd, a cabaret performer. He eventually returns home to save his uncle's antiquated jug business from a rival manufacturer, Harkins, by implementing modern business techniques. Sylvester's newfound success leads to a business partnership with his uncle and a romantic partnership with Junie.
